Assistant Manager
Whether you are currently looking for your next role in retail or just keeping an eye on current opportunities, this page aims to give you an insight of what it is like to work for us as an Assistant Manager.
The Dune Group is expanding as a company and many new and exciting store openings are planned for the coming months. Although we now operate from approx 40 stores nationwide we have still managed to maintain the intimate culture of a smaller retailer. This means you will have the opportunity to assist in the running of your store with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, whilst still receiving the support from the specialists in the field and at head office.
About the role
As an Assistant Manager your role is to support the Store Manager with the following main objectives:
1.To deliver the Brand consistently
2.To ensure that optimum levels of sales and profitability are achieved
3.To ensure that all overheads are minimised through effective staff management and control of all store/concession retail operations.
