Dune is the leading “premium affordable” fashion footwear and accessories retailer in the UK. With approximately 50 stores in prime High Street and shopping centre locations across the UK and Ireland Dune has built a strong reputation for offering an exciting and well designed product.
We are currently looking for a Floor Manager to join our management team within our flagship store in Covent Garden. At Dune you will have the opportunity to assist in the running of your sales floor with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, whilst still receiving the support from the Assistant and Store Manager.
At Dune we believe our customer should always come first and we strive to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. As a Floor Manager you are an ambassador of the brand and must endeavour to train and coach your team to offer the level of service we expect. To succeed in this demanding yet rewarding role you will need to possess drive, enthusiasm and passion for the brand. You will also need to show strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate your team to exceed their targets.
