At The Dune Group you will have the opportunity to run your concession with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, whilst still receiving the support from the specialists in the field and at head office.
As the Concession Manager your main objectives are as follows:
• To deliver the Brand consistently
• To ensure that optimum levels of sales and profitability are achieved
• To ensure that all overheads are minimised through effective staff management and control of all concession retail operations.

As a Concession Manager you are an ambassador of the brand and must endeavor to train and coach your team to offer the level of service we expect. To succeed in this demanding yet rewarding role you will need to possess drive, enthusiasm and passion for the brand. You will also need to show strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate your team to exceed their targets.
