Supervisor (30 hours per week)

THE ROLE:
At The Dune Group we believe our customer should always come first and we strive to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. As supervisor your role will be to support the Store and Assistant Manager to maximise the sales and profit opportunities for the store and lead and inspire the staff to ensure that you deliver a consistent excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To support the Store and Assistant Manager to ensure the store sales performance is maximised to its full potential and delivered at least in line with agreed targets.
• To support the Store and Assistant Manager to ensure that store costs are managed within agreed budget levels and that every opportunity is sought to maximise store profitability
• To consistently demonstrate our Brand Values and ensure by example that the sales team understand how our brand values are translated into actions and behaviours.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer focused
• Loyalty and commitment to excellence
• Positive character with a “can do” attitude
